ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

1. ประเภทข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

  • ข้อมูลทั่วไป หมายถึง ข้อมูลที่สามารถใช้ระบุตัวบุคคลได้โดยตรงหรือโดยอ้อม เช่น ชื่อ นามสกุล อีเมล หมายเลขโทรศัพท์ และข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการลงทะเบียนใช้งาน Chexslip

  • ข้อมูลทางการเงิน หมายถึง ข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกรรมทางการเงินของผู้ใช้ เช่น รายการสแกนสลิป รายการธุรกรรมที่บันทึกในระบบ รวมถึงข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการชำระเงิน

  • ข้อมูลการใช้งานระบบ หมายถึง ข้อมูลที่เกิดจากการใช้งานแพลตฟอร์ม เช่น ประวัติการเข้าสู่ระบบ ข้อมูลการสแกน QR Code หรือ Slip และพฤติกรรมการใช้งาน

 

2. วัตถุประสงค์ของการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

บริษัท Chexslip เก็บรวบรวม ใช้ และเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้ เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ต่อไปนี้

  • เพื่อให้บริการตามที่ผู้ใช้ร้องขอ

    • การจัดเก็บและแสดงผลข้อมูลธุรกรรมจากสลิป

    • การวิเคราะห์และประมวลผลข้อมูลเพื่อช่วยให้ผู้ใช้บริหารจัดการธุรกรรมได้ง่ายขึ้น

    • การให้บริการด้านสมาชิก ระบบบัญชี และการรักษาความปลอดภัยของบัญชี

  • เพื่อปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมาย

    • การตรวจสอบพฤติกรรมการใช้งานเพื่อปรับปรุงประสบการณ์ของผู้ใช้

    • การพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) เพื่อช่วยในการประมวลผลข้อมูลให้รวดเร็วและแม่นยำมากขึ้น

  • เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ทางธุรกิจ

    • การพัฒนาและส่งเสริมการตลาด เช่น การแจ้งเตือนเกี่ยวกับโปรโมชั่น ข่าวสาร หรือสิทธิพิเศษให้แก่ผู้ใช้

    • การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางสถิติ เพื่อปรับปรุงคุณภาพของบริการและความสามารถในการแข่งขันของบริษัท

 

3. การเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

Chexslip จะไม่เปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้แก่บุคคลภายนอก เว้นแต่มีความจำเป็นต้องเปิดเผยในกรณีดังต่อไปนี้

  • บริษัทในเครือและพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจ เพื่อให้บริการที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ระบบชำระเงิน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล และการพัฒนาบริการ

  • หน่วยงานภาครัฐและหน่วยงานที่มีอำนาจตามกฎหมาย เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมาย

  • ผู้ให้บริการเทคโนโลยี เพื่อช่วยประมวลผลและจัดเก็บข้อมูลบนระบบ Cloud อย่างปลอดภัย

ในกรณีที่ Chexslip ต้องส่งหรือโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลไปยังต่างประเทศ บริษัทจะดำเนินการให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยด้านข้อมูลและข้อกำหนดตามกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง

 

4. ระยะเวลาในการเก็บรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

บริษัทจะเก็บรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้เท่าที่จำเป็นต่อวัตถุประสงค์ของการให้บริการ และเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดของกฎหมาย ซึ่งอาจมีระยะเวลาการเก็บข้อมูลอยู่ระหว่าง 5 - 10 ปี หรือจนกว่าผู้ใช้จะทำการร้องขอให้ลบข้อมูล เว้นแต่ข้อมูลบางประเภทที่ต้องเก็บรักษาไว้ตามข้อบังคับทางกฎหมาย

 

5. สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

ผู้ใช้สามารถใช้สิทธิ์เกี่ยวกับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของตนเองได้ดังนี้

  • การขอเข้าถึงหรือรับสำเนาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

  • การขอให้แก้ไขข้อมูลที่ไม่ถูกต้อง

  • การขอให้ลบหรือระงับการใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

  • การเพิกถอนความยินยอมในการใช้ข้อมูล

  • การคัดค้านการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลในบางกรณี

6. การเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข

Chexslip ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขนี้เป็นครั้งคราว หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง บริษัทจะแจ้งให้ผู้ใช้ทราบผ่านทางแพลตฟอร์มของบริษัท

 

7. การชำระค่าบริการ

สำหรับแผนการใช้งานที่มีค่าบริการ ผู้ใช้จะต้องชำระเงินตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด โดยจะมีการเรียกเก็บค่าบริการในวันสมัครใช้งาน และรอบบิลถัดไปจะเริ่มต้นในวันเดียวกันของเดือนถัดไป

  • การชำระค่าบริการสามารถดำเนินการผ่านช่องทางที่ Chexslip กำหนด เช่น บัตรเครดิต/เดบิต หรือระบบชำระเงินออนไลน์

  • ค่าบริการที่ชำระแล้ว ไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้ ยกเว้นในกรณีที่บริษัทกำหนดเป็นพิเศษ

การยกเลิกการสมัครสมาชิก
หากผู้ใช้ต้องการยกเลิกแผนการใช้งานแบบมีค่าบริการ จะต้องดำเนินการก่อนวันครบกำหนดชำระในรอบบิลถัดไป

  • หากผู้ใช้ยกเลิกก่อนวันครบกำหนดชำระในรอบถัดไป ผู้ใช้ยังสามารถเข้าถึงบริการได้จนถึงวันครบกำหนดชำระ

  • หลังจากวันครบกำหนดชำระ ระบบจะหยุดให้บริการแผนที่ต้องชำระเงินโดยอัตโนมัติ และผู้ใช้สามารถเปลี่ยนไปใช้แผนฟรีหรือเลือกสมัครใหม่ได้

Chexslip reserves the right to update or modify these terms. Users will be informed of changes via the company’s platform.

 

7. Paid Subscription Terms

  • Users on a paid plan must make payment according to the billing cycle.

  • Charges are applied on the day of subscription and renew monthly on the same date.

  • Payments are accepted via credit/debit card or other authorized methods.

  • Refunds are not permitted unless otherwise stated by the company.
     

Cancellation Policy:

  • Users must cancel before the next billing date.

  • After cancellation, services remain active until the end of the paid period.

  • Access to paid features will be disabled after that, and users can switch to the free plan or re-subscribe.
